Refund policy

At EHD-fense.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. Here are the details of our return policy:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@ehd-fense.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  • All products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Products that have been used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds do not include the cost of shipping and handling.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange.
