At EHD-fense.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. Here are the details of our return policy:

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@ehd-fense.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Products that have been used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds do not include the cost of shipping and handling.
